A backlog item generated by the system based on teams' criteria. If specific criteria are not met, the system automatically generates suggestions to assist you in addressing these gaps and achieving improvements.
Suggestions provide clear guidance on what and how you can enhance specific criteria. While you have the option to utilize or ignore suggestions, you can also create coaching cards independently to enhance team maturity. System-generated suggestions come with pre-filled fields outlining improvement achievements.
Buttons on the suggestion:
Cancel: Discard the suggestion and prevent it from being converted into a coaching card.
Ignore: If you believe that a particular suggestion is irrelevant, you can click the "Ignore" button. This action removes the suggestion from the backlog, but you can restore any ignored suggestions later from the team’s sub-component tab in the “Suggestions for Improvement” section.
Generate: If you find a suggestion helpful for addressing your team's challenges, click the "Generate" button. This action converts the suggestion into a coaching card, making it appear in the backlog for further action.
