Overview Page

 

This is the primary space for understanding the overall picture of your team. Here, you can explore key figures, review important stats on coaching card progress, and track the maturity levels of each Scrum component as they evolve over time.

Navigation:

  1. Home: Navigate to the dashboard.

  2. Coaching teams: Navigate to the coaching teams page.

Teams details:

Team description, name , etc.png
  1. Team Name: The name of your coaching team.

  2. Team Icon: The icon representing your team in the Jira project.

  3. Jira Project and Board name: The names of the Jira project and board aligned by the user.


Informative bars:

These bars display the number of coaching cards in specific statuses registered by the user and suggestions generated by the system for the team.


Team overview section:

  1. Radial gauge chart: The gauge chart displays the team's maturity level, represented by an arrow pointing to one of the following levels: Unassessed, Weak, Average, Good, Great.

  2. Summary and conclusion: Once you finish assessing each Scrum component, the system automatically generates an overall and concise conclusion about the team's maturity state.

  3. My observation: By clicking on the toggle button, you can manually record your conclusions, views, and observations regarding the team.


Chart 1: Maturity State of Components:

Radial gauge charts: illustrates the maturity state of each Scrum framework components, providing a clear understanding of the maturity level of each component.


Chart 2: Maturity Progress of Components:

Maturity progress of components chart: illustrates the maturity levels of each Scrum component over a 6-month period. It provides a clear understanding of the growth process for each component, indicating months of both reduction and growth.

Here are the components of the Scrum framework: Click on each one to enter its specific page and explore its sub-components, including coaching cards and suggestions related to that specific component.

The Scrum framework components and sub-components include criteria that you should assess in each sub-component to view the team’s components and overall assessment.

Summary Page for Specific Scrum Framework Component: This page allows you to assess each component based on its sub-components. Here, you can view the overall progress of a specific component and review the conclusions generated by the system after assessing the criteria.

 

Scrum framework summary tab:

  1. Radial gauge chart: Illustrates the specific component's maturity level.

  2. Positive aspects: After assessment, the system generates conclusions about the team's positive aspects, highlighting what is going well.

  3. Challenges: After assessment, the system generates conclusions about the team's challenges, indicating areas for improvement. This helps you gain a clear understanding of the team's overall challenges and what needs improvement.

 


Scrum framework Sub-component tab:

  1. Radial Gauge Chart: Displays the maturity level of the specific sub-component.

  2. Current State and My Observation Toggle Button: By clicking on the toggle button, you can manually record your conclusions, views, and observations regarding the team’s specific sub-component.

  3. Positive Aspects and Challenges: Provides conclusions about the team's positive aspects and challenges.

  4. Re-assessment Button: Allows you to view the criteria for the sub-component's assessment.

  5. Suggestions for Improvement: Displays system-generated suggestions for improvement.

  6. System Generated Suggestions Toggle Button: Enables you to view ignored suggestions and reactivate them if needed.

  7. Card Backlog: Shows the coaching cards backlog specific to the sub-component. Here, you can see only those cards that are manually added and belong to the specific sub-component."

 


To assess a team and its Scrum framework:

  1. From the Dashboard or coaching teams page, Enter the team space and navigate to the appropriate Scrum component.

  2. Click on the corresponding sub-component tab.

  3. On the right side, click the "Re-Assessment" button.

  4. In the criteria panel that appears on the right side, review each criterion.

  5. Check on each criterion if it has already been improved and the team is functioning as described.

  6. After reviewing and checking off criteria, click the "Assess" button.

note: This action will update the conclusions and the maturity level of the sub-component on the tab. It may also affect the overall team’s maturity level.
