Coaching Card

A Coaching Card acts as a backlog item aimed at enhancing team maturity through diverse actions. Here, you have the flexibility to create, organize, and transition cards to the board, enabling you to kickstart work and apply appropriate practices, approaches, or any tasks deemed necessary.

To create a coaching card, you can follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Backlog" section in the left menu. From either the "Selected for Work" or "Coaching Cards Backlog" section, Click the "+" button to create a coaching card.

  2. Alternatively, you can access the Dashboard and select the specific team you're working with. Choose the framework component and then click on the appropriate sub-component. In the "Card Backlog" section, click the "+" or "+ Create" button to create a coaching card.
