In the "SHARA - Coach Agile Teams," you need to configure roles to set up the proper frameworks, which are a core component for creating coaching teams. These frameworks can only be configured by an Admin role.
To start the configuration, go to the “Apps” dropdown in the top ribbon and select Manage your apps.
In the left menu, find and click on SHARA - Configurations, then select User Roles.
On the User Roles page, click the “Create” button on the right side.
Create an Admin user by filling in the required fields, checking the Admin or other role, and then clicking the Save button.
