Left menu:

1. Dashboard: The primary space for SHARA users.

2. Coaching Teams: A list of teams where all teams in the organization are created.

3. Board: Track coaching cards for teams and monitor their progress.

4. Backlog: Create, order, and manage coaching cards and suggestions.

5. Calendar: Currently unavailable in this version.

6. Workshops: Currently unavailable in this version.

7. Reports: Currently unavailable in this version.

Open

Progress Bars Section:

1. On going cards: Sum of coaching cards in "In Progress" and "To Do" statuses.

2. To do: Number of coaching cards awaiting action (in “to do” status).

3. In progress: Number of coaching cards currently being worked on (in “in progress” status).

4. Waiting: Number of coaching cards on hold (in “waiting” status).

5. % of cards: Proportion of cards for each status bar.

My Teams Section:

In this section, users can view only the teams they coach or manage.

1. Team Name: The name given when creating the coaching team.

2. Framework Description: Specifies whether the team follows the Scrum framework or Kanban method, selected during the creation process.

3. Starred Indication: Users can star teams on the Coaching Teams page, prioritizing them to appear first on the dashboard.

4. Maturity Level: Indicates the team's current level of maturity.

5. Progress Chart: Displays the progress of cards over a three-month period.

Note: In this version, only the Scrum framework is available for selection.

Informative charts:

Chart 1: Teams Maturity Progress

Chart indicates the progress of each Scrum component over time for teams managed by the appropriate user.

Chart 2: Teams Maturity state

The chart indicates the level of maturity for teams managed by the appropriate user.

Coaching cards section:

On the right side of the dashboard.

1. Shows concrete coaching cards which are in appropriate statuses.

2. You can view specific card details without entering the board.
